Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jitabe ("jitabe", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://jitabe.app and all associated services, games, and features offered through the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the jitabe platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jitabe's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of jitabe following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the jitabe platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jitabe operates exclusively as an 18+ platform. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to gamble, and jitabe takes this obligation with the utmost seriousness.
• You are accessing jitabe in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using the Platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person. Accounts must be created and operated by the individual named on the account. Third-party use of an account is a serious breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jitabe or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from jitabe or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

Verification of Eligibility

jitabe reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of jitabe services, including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money wagering, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may hold only one account on jitabe at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Registration Requirements

When creating your jitabe account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid, personal email address to which you have sole access
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification
• Your date of birth (which must confirm you are 18 years of age or older)
• Your current residential address within Bangladesh
• Your preferred deposit and withdrawal method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer)

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. jitabe will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify jitabe support at [email protected] immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

jitabe operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the Platform:

• A clear copy or photograph of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of your nominated payment method (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where jitabe reasonably deems it necessary

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

jitabe supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jitabe does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which jitabe bears no responsibility.

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method
• Deposits are credited to your jitabe account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing speed
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined and returned
• jitabe does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by the account holder

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability
• Verified accounts targeting bKash or Nagad withdrawals benefit from a target processing window of 15 minutes during business hours; actual processing times may vary
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule
• jitabe reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding KYC requirement or if the account is under review
• Any bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

jitabe offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only. One welcome bonus per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method applies.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page for each individual offer. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity window.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and crash games may carry different contribution percentages as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• jitabe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will be notified.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, as well as account closure.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of launch.

Section 6

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports betting markets and casino games available on jitabe are governed by the rules set out in this section and, where applicable, by the specific rules published for individual game types, sports, and events. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted all applicable rules.

Sports Betting

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the scheduled start time of the relevant fixture. jitabe reserves the right to suspend markets earlier if circumstances require.
• In-play betting markets are offered at jitabe's discretion. In-play odds are subject to change in real time and may be suspended during key moments of a fixture (e.g., wicket, review, injury stoppage).
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI).
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with jitabe's event-specific settlement rules published for that competition. As a general rule, bets on matches abandoned before a result is possible will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by event, competition, and account tier. jitabe reserves the right to limit or restrict the stakes of any account at its sole discretion.

Casino Games

• All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-streamed physical equipment (in the case of Evolution Gaming and Ezugi live casino tables).
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG table game is as stated in the relevant game information panel within the game lobby.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a casino game session, jitabe's platform log constitutes the definitive record of the game state at the time of the interruption. Interrupted rounds will be settled based on the recorded game state; where settlement is not possible, the stake will be returned.
• Game-specific rules for Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, baccarat, roulette, and other live table games are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) in addition to jitabe's general terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jitabe platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void
• Any form of match-fixing, inside information, or corrupted-event betting
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit activity

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

jitabe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual
• Use of the Platform by a person under the age of 18
• At the player's own request (including self-exclusion requests)
• Prolonged account inactivity (see Inactive Account Policy below)

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jitabe will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any inactivity measures. After 12 months of inactivity, an administrative fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the remaining account balance to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and complete any outstanding KYC requirements.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your jitabe account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, jitabe will process any eligible pending withdrawals and close the account within 5 business days. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, jitabe can additionally apply a self-exclusion to prevent re-registration during your chosen exclusion period.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitabe's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jitabe account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jitabe shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from the use or inability to use the Platform
• Loss or corruption of data, including account history or transaction records
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, including telecommunications networks, payment processors, or hosting providers
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform
• Any loss arising from events beyond jitabe's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or widespread network outages

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jitabe's internal complaints process (reachable via [email protected]) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

jitabe operates an internal complaints procedure. If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact [email protected] with full details of your concern. jitabe will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
